From her initial role as a receptionist to her meteoric rise as the Client Success Coordinator, Brooke's journey at RLF has been inspirational. Today, as we celebrate her first year with us, we take a moment to delve deep into her story and learn what makes Brooke the MVP of the quarter.
A Journey Steeped in Discipline and Dedication
Before joining RLF, Brooke wasn't a stranger to challenging environments. Her formidable spirit was carved during her 7-year tenure in the Marine Corps. As an Aviation Ordnance Technician on AV8B Harries, Brooke served in two deployments to Asia and one to the Middle East to support Operation Inherent Resolve. This rigorous experience instilled in her the unwavering dedication and resilience she brings to her role daily.
Brooke's eyes light up when asked about her transition to RLF, "A friend told me about this opportunity. After digging into what RLF stood for, I was hooked. The firm's motto, 'helping good people when bad things happen to achieve their best future,' deeply resonated with me. I knew this was a team I had to join."
The RLF Experience: More than Just a Job
While Brooke has seen considerable professional growth at RLF, what she cherishes most are the relationships she's forged. "Without a doubt, it's the people," Brooke shares. "The camaraderie, the shared passion for our work, the mutual respect – I truly couldn't have asked for a better team to work with."
This genuine love for her team and her dedication to the firm's vision hasn't gone unnoticed. Brooke was recently awarded the MVP of the company for the previous quarter, a testament to her invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment.
The Road Ahead and Personal Pursuits
Looking forward, Brooke is enthusiastic about taking on new challenges. "One of my primary goals for the next year is to bolster the intake department, making our processes even more efficient and client-friendly," she reveals.
Outside of her professional realm, Brooke is a fervent sports enthusiast. "Football is my first love, both college and pro leagues," she says with a grin. But her sports interests don't end there. Hockey, basketball, and golf also find favor in her eyes.
As for any other intriguing tidbits about Brooke? She laughs, "Well, I guess some things remain a mystery!"
