With a solid foundation in psychology and criminal justice, Gretchel's educational background from Florida International University, complemented by her Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, has provided her with a unique blend of understanding and skills. Her keen interest in forensic psychology has been a driving force in her career, fueling her commitment to our clients and their legal journeys.
Over her ten years in the legal field, including six in criminal defense law, Gretchel has excelled in managing her responsibilities to meet the needs of attorneys while ensuring the legal staff department's efficiency and quality work. Gretchel's responsibilities have grown to include supervising legal assistants, managing task assignments, overseeing training and development, ensuring quality control, and managing workflows. Additionally, she has acted as a communication liaison, facilitated coordination of cases, conducted performance evaluations, resolved conflicts, and ensured timely and supportive interactions with clients.
Gretchel's leadership extends to running Rossen Law Firm meetings, such as legal staff L10, huddle, and NWP sessions, to prepare for court proceedings, plan tasks, and strategize for the week ahead. Her efforts ensure thorough preparation for court hearings, appointment confirmations, and the resolution of scheduling conflicts.
Beyond her professional achievements, Gretchel enjoys a balanced life filled with reading, outdoor adventures, and quality time with loved ones.
