Ricardo P. was hanging out with his friends in the guest parking lot of a community when police responded to a complaint from neighbors that people were smoking cannabis and urinating on a tree in a public area. The police knocked on the window of the car that Ricardo and his friends were sitting in. Ricardo got out of the vehicle and admitted to the cops that they had been smoking weed, and that his friend did in fact urinate on the ground. He also told the cops that he had a bag of mushrooms that his friend had given him for his birthday. Police searched the car and found the mushrooms. Ricardo was then arrested and taken to the Broward Sheriff's jail.
