The Rossen Law Firm team recently had the privilege of attending the first-ever PimCon hosted by our valued partner, Rankings.io. Adam Rossen, Laura Viñalet Brown, and Paul Carlson represented our firm, and the experience was nothing short of transformative. Held in an energetic, fun-filled setting, PimCon brought together attorneys and thought leaders from across the country, sharing strategies and stories that resonated deeply with all of us.
From the start, we were struck by the event’s production quality—kudos to Chris Dreyer and the Rankings.io team for setting the stage with such high standards. Laura said, “The personal stories and insights shared by the speakers were vital. They reminded us of our work’s profound impact and provided fresh ideas for how we can better serve our clients moving forward.” Hearing about the challenges and victories faced by other firms helped us reflect on our processes and sparked new ways to enhance client care.
One standout speaker was Amanda Demanda, a local South Florida attorney whose approach to branding and client relationships resonated with our commitment to creating a personalized, client-focused experience. Other speakers, such as John Berry and Jen Gore, also provided invaluable takeaways on elevating legal practice through meaningful connections and storytelling, which we look forward to incorporating into our firm’s future.
It wasn’t all work, though. Laura made the most of the trip by bringing her family along, and they had the opportunity to explore Arizona. They even caught a game at Chase Field, home of the Diamondbacks. As luck would have it, the Milwaukee Brewers were staying at the same hotel, and her son had the chance to meet them—a memory they’ll never forget.
PimCon also provided a fantastic networking opportunity. We formed new relationships with some of the top attorneys in the country, expanding our referral network to serve our clients better. Whether it’s collaborating on specific cases or just having more trusted resources to turn to, we’re thrilled about the doors that have opened.
Ultimately, PimCon was an inspiring and rewarding experience, both professionally and personally. We can’t wait to take what we’ve learned and continue going from “Good to GOAT” to deliver the best service to our clients. We’re excited about what’s ahead and grateful for the continued support of our clients, partners, and community.
