Who I am
I’m an organizer at heart with a calm, get-it-done approach. The team knows me for empathy, patience, and clear communication, especially when things are busy. My goal is simple: remove friction, protect people’s time, and make sure the “machine” hums.
Why I Do This Work
A great client experience starts behind the scenes. When hiring, intake, tech, and case operations run on rails, our lawyers can deliver their best work. I love building those rails and continuously improving them.
Background & Education
I’ve managed fast-paced offices and operations teams, bringing structure to growth environments. I hold a B.S. in Criminal Justice and an M.A. in International Crime & Justice from FIU.

Outside of work, I recharge through the arts, makeup, drawing, and painting, and I’m a true-crime podcast fan who never stops learning.
