Before joining Rossen Law Firm, Nicolás built a career at the intersection of engineering, finance, and client services. He oversaw billing departments, led document management at a government agency, and served in client-facing roles where he refined the skills that define his work today: meticulous reporting, disciplined follow-through, and respectful, solutions-driven communication with clients.
At RLF, Nicolás manages end-to-end billing, including payment plans, accounts receivable, and firm-wide financial reporting through QuickBooks, Salesforce, Clio, and Bill.com. Under his leadership, the firm achieved its lowest-ever overdue balance.
Who I Am
I’m an engineer by training and a billing leader by choice. I believe great billing isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people. My style is simple: be clear, be fair, be accountable. Whether I’m structuring a payment plan, reconciling accounts, or following up on past-due balances, I lead with empathy and solutions so clients feel informed and supported.
Why I Do This Work
I transitioned from engineering to billing because I found purpose in organization, accountability, and service. I’ve seen how clear systems and honest conversations reduce stress for clients and build trust with our firm. At Rossen Law Firm, I’m proud to support a team that protects good people during hard times. When the financial side runs smoothly, our attorneys can do what they do best: defend our clients’ futures.
