A 16-year-old male Palm Beach County highschooler. The individual was facing the extremely serious charge of rape. The Palm Beach County High School Junior was accused of raping a female classmate at a homecoming after party which took place at a friend’s house. What started as a small get together with friends after homecoming turned into a large party with excessive underage drinking and marijuana use. The alleged victim was very intoxicated and had used marijuana. The following Monday after the party, school officials were informed of the incident and the accused student was told not to come back to school until the investigation was over. This experience resulted in the defendant facing extreme emotional anxiety and worry.
